Love That RV reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Digital Purchases

All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, physical goods, marketplace listings, PDF downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal, WooCommerce or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards and your details are not stored by Love That RV during this process.

If your purchase from Love That RV is a digital purchase, it is deemed “used” after download or opening. Please note that once you access or download any digital content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that digital content. All digital purchases made on are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Advertising Services; Insertion Orders

Love That RV offers affordable, competitive pricing for advertising, sponsorships and other marketing services that provide wide exposure for the product, service or item you are promoting. Read the advertiser terms and agreement.

Marketplace Listings

Love That RV does not offer refunds on marketplace listing fees after a listing has been approved and activated.

After a listing is activated, we will, at your request:

  • Correct any mistakes we have made in the listing at no charge
  • Correct mistakes that you made during submission of the listing at no charge
  • Make enhancements to your listing for an additional charge

If the listing was submitted for approval but has not yet been activated, we may approve a listing cancellation request and refund for the listing fees. If you want to cancel your listing prior to listing activation, please submit a request via the contact form on our support page as quickly as possible after submitting the listing for approval. Normal approval times on listings activation are 1-2 business days or less. If the cancellation request timestamp is after the listing is activated, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Physical Merchandise

Love That RV sells a limited amount of physical products. Physical merchandise sales are eligible for a return and refund.

Our refund and returns policy for physical merchandise sales lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Exemptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Physical and digital gift cards are non-returnable.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to initiate an exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return request.

Return Process

If you believe your physical merchandise purchase qualifies for a return, please initiate a support request within 30 days of the item’s purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a purchased product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank account or original method of payment.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
